This seems pretty workable and helpfully limits you to one major theme in the novel–the widening gap between the STEM fields and the humanisitic fields in Atwood’s imagination (and in 2000s N. America). You’ll need to find some sources that pursue this theme in the novel and see what kind of “conversation” you can find.
